3,4 is open year round and enrolls children on an ongoing basis, depending on availability.  We have several enrollment options with varying start and end times to suit every family's needs.

We offer both the twelve month calendar for parents seeking a full-time option for their children, as well as a ten month preschool calendar that is similar to that of public schools in our area.

From mid-June through late August, when our ten month programs have ended, we run Camp 3,4, which is our part-day camp program for children ages two through five.  It is broken down into five two-week sessions and parents have the option to enroll for as many sessions they would like, depending on availability.  Children following our twelve month calendar participate in Camp 3,4 and then follow an afternoon schedule once camp dismisses each day.

Tuition for our ten month programs is determined by the age-specific program that best suits your child, and the cost is broken down into ten equal installments, billed monthly, with a non-refundable deposit of two of the ten installments due at point of contract.  We offer a discount of 5% for program tuition paid in full at point of contract.

Tuition for our twelve month programs is also determined by the age-specific program that best suits your child, and the cost is broken down into twelve equal installments, billed monthly, with a non-refundable deposit of two of the twelve installments due at point of contract.  We offer a discount of 5% for the first calendar year's tuition paid in full at point of contract.

How To Begin the Process:

We recommend parents contact us at least one year in advance of the intended enrollment date for their children to ensure availability.  After a visitation, we ask parents who have decided to enroll their children to examine our Annual Calendar and our Policies and Procedures to ensure that our practices are amenable to them, and then to complete and submit the registration form available from the admissions menu.  Upon receipt of the pre-registration form, a deposit installment will be due in order to hold a spot in our program.

After receiving the pre-registration form and deposit affirming a family's intention to enroll, we draft a contract for enrollment and send it out by mail or email, whichever is preferred.  We confirm enrollment once the signed contract, along with a second non-refundable deposit equivalent to one tuition installment, are returned to us. Once enrolled, we invoice for tuition on a monthly basis unless you have opted to pay tuition in full at point of contract.
